Appointment and Cancellation Policy

Appointment policies:

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment if you are having a new treatment to allow time to fill out any paperwork.
  • If you are late for your appointment, we may require a reduced appointment time, at the scheduled price, with respect to the clients that are scheduled after you. If there is not enough time to complete your service in the time remaining, the appointment will be rescheduled and the current day’s appointment will be treated as a cancellation and charged accordingly.
  • Children: We understand that finding childcare can be difficult but for the safety of the child and for the experience of our other guests, we ask that you do not bring your child(ren) to your appointment with you unless discussed prior.

 

Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy:

All will agree, time is our most valuable asset.  We ask that appointments be guaranteed against late cancellation or rescheduling (or no shows) with a major credit card.  Your card will not be billed unless you do not give the proper notice for cancelling/rescheduling or if you no show your appointment.

  • Please provide a 24-hour notice if you need to reschedule an appointment. A 48-hour notice on appointments that are an hour or longer is required.
  • Late cancellations/reschedules (less than 24 hour notice) will be charged $50. If you have a treatment package with us, you have the option of using a treatment from your package instead of charging your card on file.
  • No shows will be charged the full price of the scheduled service. If you have a treatment package with us, you have the option of using a treatment from your package instead of charging your card on file.
